Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued if:
Publisher fails to complete the order
Delivered work does not meet agreed requirements
Order is cancelled before execution

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
Work has been completed as agreed
Content has already been published
Delay is caused by advertiser (e.g., late content submission)

Refund Process
User submits refund request
Our team reviews the case
Decision is made within a reasonable timeframe

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Payment Method
Refunds will be credited to Platform wallet.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
SearchGain Media will act as a mediator.
Final decision will be based on platform policies.
